Terms and Conditions for GuriForex IB Program

By participating in the GuriForex IB Program, you (the “Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Eligibility
To participate in the IB Program, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts. You must also comply with all local laws and regulations applicable to Forex trading.Program Participation
The GuriForex IB Program is designed for individual traders who wish to engage in Forex trading through our platform. As an IB, you will work directly with GuriForex and will not be required to refer other clients. Your participation in the program is subject to the approval of GuriForex.Compensation
You will earn commission payments based on your own trading activity with GuriForex, in accordance with the agreed-upon commission structure. Commission rates and payment terms are subject to change at GuriForex’s discretion. Payments are made according to the payout schedule detailed on the IB Program page.Trading and Account Usage
As an IB, you agree to use your GuriForex account in good faith, comply with all applicable trading rules, and refrain from any fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative trading practices. You are responsible for ensuring that all your trading activity complies with GuriForex’s terms of service.Account Maintenance
You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in your IB account. GuriForex reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the IB Program if any information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.Termination
GuriForex reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the IB Program at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, any unpaid commissions will be settled according to the terms in effect at the time of termination.Legal Compliance
You agree to comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and rules regarding Forex trading in your jurisdiction. GuriForex is not responsible for any legal violations arising from your participation in the IB Program.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GuriForex, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your participation in the IB Program, including any violations of these terms.Limitation of Liability
GuriForex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the IB Program, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or reputation.Amendments
