In order to attach the existing trading account to our partner account, please follow the steps below:


  1. Login to your Personal Area: www.exness.global
  2. Click the Chatbot button, and type the keyword “Change Partner”. ChatBot will provide a unique link.
  3. Get the form by clicking the link (The 1st and 2nd sections are required. The 3rd and 4th sections are optional).
  4. Click “Submit”.
  5. Confirm the submission with the code that has been sent to your security type (if requested)
  6. Click “Continue”.

Once you submit the form, your request will be processed within 3 business days. You can check the status by using the same link.


Additionally, please be aware that the link is valid for 7 days.

Fill in the fields, copy the text of the letter and send it to the email specified in the note.
