EURUSD is showing strong bullish signs and is currently in a very interesting technical position. The price action has been respecting the ascending trendline structure and has just pulled back to retest a key horizontal resistance zone around 1.1410, which now acts as support.
📉 In the recent price structure, we observe that the 50-period moving average has crossed above the 100-period MA. This kind of crossover typically indicates bullish momentum and often precedes a rally, especially when it aligns with other confirmations like trendline bounces and support retests.
The EURUSD pair is also holding above the previous supply zone, which has now flipped into demand. This indicates buyer strength in the market, and the current consolidation around this zone suggests accumulation before a potential breakout to the upside.
🔍 EURUSD Key Technical Levels:
- Entry Zone: Only after a clear consolidation above 1.1410
- Take Profit (TP): 1.1560–1.1562 – aligns with a previous swing high and projected target zone
