If the trading account that you want to assign to our partner group was opened earlier, you need to send a request to the broker. A sample letter is shown on the right. The transfer of an account to a partner group occurs at the sole decision of FxPro.

If you haven’t traded on your account:

 

  • If no trading operations have occurred on your trading account, you can transfer it to our partner group.
  • To proceed, submit a written request. For guidance, refer to the example letter provided on the right.

If there were trading operations on the trading account:

If there were trading operations on the trading account, you need to open a new trading account to receive rebates. To do this, you need to enter the FxPro client profile (FxPro Direct), and in the “My accounts” section, click “Open a trading account”. After a trading account has been opened, a written request must be sent. An example of a letter is shown on the right.
Once you receive confirmation from FxPro that the new trading account group has been changed, you can make an internal transfer of funds from the old account to the new one using the FxPro Wallet.
Fill in the fields, copy the text of the letter and send it to the email specified in the note.
